At this location we have had less than acceptable haircuts, a cut on my sons' neck and a lit of missed stray hairs(he just gets his hair buzzed)
First - Erica and her crew know how to cut hair. But just as important , they make me feel welcome when I visit. I see the way she and the others greet all the customers as if they are their friends. The mere act of recognizing a person's arrival - even while all the chairs are busy, makes me realize these people appreciate my business .

The haircuts are always great, the people are always nice and the atmosphere is always inviting. The MVP is worth every penny. Andrea was awesome! I always leave with a haircut that I am 110% happy with.
Good haircuts, friendly staff
I always get the MVP and often the double MVP. The haircuts are very good. I enjoy the shower vary much too, the steamed towel as well. Afterwords the massage is a great touch. I have and will keep recommencing SportsClips to all of my friends and others.

The manager Erica at the Newbury Park location is awesome! She has helped me try new styles when I wanted and then been concistent with them when I picked a style. The other ladies are super friendly but I always have Erica cut my hair.
