Very freindly service and quality
It was my first time there, I wanted a basic haircut, and the stylist told me I was going to get the whole massage/shampoo package because it was my first time. I thought that was complimentary. It ended up being a lot more expensive than I thought it was ever going to be. And overall, i just got a trim of my hair. Absolutely not worth how much I paid.
Staff is usually chatty, not too rushed, kid friendly and deliver repeatable good service. Tami? at the Newbury Park location did yeoman work, and I'd recommend her or any of the others. -1 point for being expensive. A consumer can mitigate that if they track coupons and save receipts.

Two weeks ago I had my first bad haircut at your establishment. I went back the next week and the staff and the barber recut my hair and fixed the problem.

Every time I I come in I seem to leave having had an excellent conversation. This makes or breaks a haircut for me. I haven't had an awkward haircut here once.
With the MVP: The shampoo and message experience is not consistent. Some care and some just go through the motions. I tend to do the VIP when I have a coupon but normally elected not to pay the extra for the MVP. The last person that cut my hair did a good cut and an exceptional shampoo and message. Having a coupon may not be the deciding factor if the CARE consistency is consistent.
