Amazing first class (thanks, Grace!!). Can’t wait to go back.

I’m 4 months pregnant, this was the perfect class to get my heart pumping safely in a low heat with alternate moves class. The instructor who was a sub is fantastic. Great flow and great sound track. I can’t believe I was scared of this class, definitely coming back for more.

I am coming back to yoga after a very long break. I had an amazing class at the Grand Lake studio with Peter L. His focused and friendly approach allowed me to feel more confident and engaged. My first time at this location. We were greeted with a smile and friendliness by our instructor as soon as we walked in. The studio was clean and organized. Our instructor was great and I was able to understand everything.

Lots of classes at varies times. Different facilities so I can pop in a class where ever I am. Love the instructors. Up beat, keeps me pushing my self towards my goals while embracing where I’m at.
