Only request is for more class options on Sat and Sun…afternoon classes would be great!
I love everything about CorePower - the instructors, the studio space, the yoga class content - poses and exercises, and the community. I usual take classes at the rockridge studio which I think is great. This was my first visit to Grand Lake. The instructor (I think his name was Sean) for my C2 class was super and parking was easier to find than I expected on Grand Ave.

I love the 12pm Monday class with teacher Caitlin! It starts my week off right and she is fabulous!
I have enjoyed taking classes from Heather and Miles. Their classes are great.
I didn’t enjoy Sean’s class he was subbing for a 1 class and normally teaches level 2. So we wound up taking his 2 class. He’s a terrible instructor there were no transitions to get into poses or corrections/instructions to ensure people practicing were in poses safely. He was mostly focused on his own practice. The room was also incredibly hot for a level 1 almost 100 degrees.

I enjoy the support and care my manager, and fellow teachers put in to ensure students including myself have a safe, clean, inclusive environment to grow and practice our yoga!
it was very clean and staff were awesome
I loved that it was an hour long - just the right amount: not too short and not too long. I also loved that it was a vinyasa flow sequence that emphasized breathing. And I also enjoyed that the temperature was around 80 degrees - not too hot and not too cold!

It was my first time doing hot yoga or any yoga and I loved it! definitely will be coming back the instructor Emily was amazing! she did such an awesome job that that me as a beginner was able to keep up .

Tiffany, the instructor was excellent. The temperature of the room was just right (not too hot). I like the location.

I love the variety of sculpt and C2s, and the amount of classes in a day given the number of studios in my city. It makes it easy to find a class that works for what I need and the time of day depending on work/life stuff!
I appreciate the great teachers at each location, too.
