Great classes!

Great instructors and facilities. It would be great to have a prenatal yoga class option as well.

Other than the painful parking and 2nd smaller studio, I love the classes and the amazing instructors!

Good variety and brands

The instructor was amazing! She made evening HPF casual and fun which really helped us Unwind our busy Monday. She even brought essential oils to the class! :)

Both Alyssa and Caitlin are excellent yoga instructors and studio managers. They make sure every student feels welcome and create an inviting atmosphere both on and off the mat!

Facility and staff

I’m obsessed with Jane’s Wednesday Yoga Sculpt class. It’s the only class I attend. For me, it’s all about the instructor, and her energy and positivity is just right for me. I’ve recommended her class to friends of mine too.

I love the studio and the teachers! So happy I got in on the Black Tag membership.

Siobhan was a phenomenal sculpt teacher!!

My favorite instructor is here! J is her name, I believe. Very warm, caring for her yogis and insightful while encouraging and motivating. The studio space here is my favorite too. Since I’m a weekly regular at the SF studios, this one is quite spacious and clean in comparison. I can’t wait to come back and integrate this into my Sunday routine!
