The senior citizen classes are wonderful!!!! The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a senior citizen line dancing class.

I like to work out in a peaceful atmosphere. Don’t like machines being dropped on the floor upstairs. Also, staff needs to instruct patrons on how to use the machines, weight, settings, etc. Personally, I got my back hurt by a trainer upstairs not knowing how to set the weight on a particular machine. Personal trainer prices too expensive!Don’t like all the screaming and yelling from young guys upstairs. Like the new manager much better than Andrew!!

Our trainers look out for us in class and help to keep us moving to stay in good health I respect their advice on certain movements, and to teach us new steps in all activities Also for us to enjoy socializing with many age groups All the employees at our kingwood YMCA are very helpful in assisting us at any time
