I enjoy the variety of group classes that are offered. I also enjoy the occasional group outings.
The gym was always clean with a friendly helpful staff. I enjoyed the weight room and cardio machines. I tried a couple "virtual" classes and did not like them. I felt having an instructor watching me in person to correct my form, give me cues, and help me make modifications when necessary would have been much more beneficial. Also, the instructors in the video were not always easy to understand. However, I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area. I was impressed with the equipment I did use and very much enjoyed working out at this facility!

Although I haven't been able to attend the Day trips, I've heard nothing but positive feedback. I'm looking forward to attending them.
All the staff from the front desk, the instructors, the leadership and the housekeeping woman are extremely personable and helpful.
