I really love the body pump class. It’s the one thing I look forward to each week and having been consistent with it for the last four months, I’ve had more muscle gains and fat loss than ever before. I also enjoy using the pool to train for my triathlons. This is the main reason I joined, to use the pool, but it’s become so much more.

I have been taking body balance at the Tellepsen Y in my neighborhood, and I was lucky to find the class at the Lake Houston Y, during my visit with my parents in Kingwood.
The senior program headed by Ginger is fantastic. She is amazing in getting us trips and activities. She is great at knowing everybody and listening to us concerning new activities and trips. This is more than a job for her.. she is dedicated to the many seniors that have joined the Y here at Kingwood Tx.
I recently joined as a SilverSneakers member and this is awesome. I love how welcoming and helpful the staff is.

The LHFY in Kingwood is the perfect place to exercise. It has everything in one beauriful facility. Plus it has a respectful atmosphere. Not a loud, obnoxious atmosphere as many clubs now have with blaring music, etc. The family Y is just that - a proper place the family can go and exercise, play, swim, etc. It's a great facility
the kids camps, child care for parents at the gym, the updated equipment, and cleanliness all make for an excellent experience at the Kingwood location

I love the Lake Houston YMCA. The facility is beautiful, the programs are great, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the no pressure multi faceted program environment of our YMCA. It has top notch eqipment and more than sufficient excercise areas to support all personal excercizing goals. The cost is very manageable for my wife and I as seniors. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. I like going to our Y.

whole staff is courteous and welcoming. The place is spotless and well designed layout.
Variety of equipment, variety of classes and really friendly staff. We’ve had a great experience every time we’ve visited. They also do a great job of listening to member ideas and are starting pickup basketball games in the morning.

Lots of great classes. Good programs for all ages.
The water programs that you offer are great for people needing rehab from surgery, or that are older and the water activities are the one thing that they can do. But that isn't all, it offers social activity for those who were closed in during covid or are just ignored people. It is a non judgement activity that is very important to all who attend. There are other activities that people get into that are not water activities after they have had some time in the water.
I do more Zumba than any other thing! Love it 😊!
