Love all of the water aerobic/zumba instructors. Fun and quite a workout!
the one big negative is the womens' showers --- some don't work! some shoot water to the ceiling! the temperature is not adjustable (just HOT all year round). They're always that way so it's not just something more recent. Please take care of this issue!
They are often, invigorating and offer great instructional and service related staff.

I just use machines
water aerobics and water zumba and regular zumba classes are great. need more water aerobics classes at Lake Houston as there were over 40 participants at the last class.
I especially love the atmosphere at the Y. The classes I attend are great with amazing instructors. The upstairs equipment area has been wonderful for my husbands rehab and the staff up there has been very helpful. I also like the variety of things to do. A great place to be!

I believe we have a unique YMCA with an immense amount of programs that benefit everyone.
It's a great place to work out and meet others who are there to get in shape and stay in shape. The staff and instructors work hard to foster an atmosphere of caring and wellness.

Just a great overall place for kids outdoor activities brought indoors to beat this Texas heat. We can still keep our kids exercising, learning, having fun and improving their social skills this summer.
