I like the swimming pool.
I like the peaceful air felt every time visiting there in Duncan YMCA. And the swimming pool is excellently maintained and great for indoor exercise. It's a little far from me in distance, but worth a trip.
Love the water arobics. People are friendly.
Group class Pilates, body flow, pump
I like doing exercises in the warm pool for arthritis in my knees, I can't walk a lot or use a treadmill but doing exercises while floating weightless in the warm water is great therapy.
The YMCA, unlike other places, appeals to families.
Good workout equipment and wonderful pool services. What your facility really needs is a steam room, that would complete it.
Variety of offerings
Spinning classes are the best, and swimming lessons for my daughter are worth the money. She is picking up.
Yoga classes, Zumba, CXWORX, treadmills. The equipment in the main gym is old - needs to be updated like the other YMCAs.

I participate in Seniorsize and Silver Sneakers as well as the exercise equipment. All staff are helpful and knowledgeable, the facility is very clean.
