Class and instructor
It's so remarkable easy to participate in everything there. My wife has made the comment that there are so many programs and activities, other than meals and sleep you could probably just live there!

The aquatic center is so accessible now, and I really like how welcoming and friendly the lifeguards are. They always make you feel comfortable and welcome when you visit.

The women’s locker room and family changing rooms are SO much cleaner and well maintained than the Trotter YMCA. The lifeguards are attentive and friendly. The lap pool hours are not as flexible as Trotter but I prefer the pool and the facility
I like the water exercise classes. Good instructors, clean facility, good communications, friendly people at desk and as guests.
The Duncan YMCA is super. Lots of activities. Lots of offerings from swimming to cycling to weight lifting, yoga, basketball, pickle ball, daycare for children and more. The staff is super friendly, helpful, responsive.

I appreciate the variety of exercise classes, access to swimming for exercise, a well equipped workout room and, most of all, a welcoming and caring staff.
The people who attend, the employees that bring it all together.
I love the temperature of your lap pool. I wish the hours were more accessible but at least on Sundays when Trotter doesn’t open their pool until the sun is high in the sky, I know I can be at your front door at 11 sharp and get a nice cool 3K yards. The staff is attentive and the locker room is in much better condition than Trotter.
I like that we have so much choices when it comes to equipment; treadmills, weights, elliptical, etc and everyone has access to the pool. But the most important part is, the staffs always welcome everyone with smiles on their faces.😊😎

There are a variety of classes and the instructors (Raquel, Angela) are top-notch.
I like the water exercise program - I participate in this 4 days a week. I like the morning classes. It would be nice if there were evening sessions for those who can't be there during the day.
I appreciate the pool staff - they take great care of us and the pool.
The YMCA staff and instructors are nice and very personal!
I like the exercise classes such as the SS (Forever Combo) classes and the Stretching class. I also like that we can get a Personal Trainer to help us. I like the activities that they have for the Seniors, BD bash, book swap, coloring, and bingo. I also know that they have a game day and puzzle swap. I have not participated in those yet. I always tell people that my local Y is a life saver. I have what I call my Y friends. All great things.

Two things I wish would change:
People allowed to sit at equipment in gym while using their phone: texting, reading, talking and not using the equipment for 10-20 minutes when others are waiting.
Wish you had Saturday hours to 4.
I love the Duncan YMCA- always clean, great staff and close to my home.
