What do you like about our programs and activities ?

For Me they have all the Machines I needed for do exercise.
For my grandkids they love the Pool, Summer Camp.
And for my husband he love swimming and jacuzzi.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Since my retirement I spend a lot of time at Duncan Y, especially Silver Sneakers classes. I also assist making Birthday Bash decorations, and I like the coffee & coloring group on Tuesdays. Also, the Silver Sneakers instructors really get us involved I like the instructors with each doing just a little bit different exercises and each participant is fun to get to know and exercise with. I come home knowing I have really had a workout. The AOA Birthday Bash is so much fun I enjoy bringing a dish to share with everyone.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I usually use the workout equipment, and I like that the machines are well maintained and mostly new. I rarely find one that isn't workable.

The pool is wonderful. Since it's indoor I don't get sunburnt.

I enjoy the friendliness of the employees and how helpful they are.

I totally enjoy the lap pool year round. I like the new arrangement of the workout/wellness equipment room. I do not do any classes, but I hear they are very good with a good variety of skill levels.

I like the new machines that you have in a little hard to do but they are fun. I also like to swim and the heated pool. I can't think of a thing I don't like about this YMCA.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The programs and activities are always a pleasure to take part in, thanks to excellent trainers and staff.
Most of my time is spent utilizing the exercise equipment and pool. All of the equipment is state of the art and well maintained. The courteous and professional employees and volunteers make every workout a joy. Some of my favorite amenities are free coffee and the classical music in the men’s locker room.

I really enjoy the Duncan location because the staff is very friendly and the facility is clean.

I use the gym daily mornings through the week. Clean and well maintained. Recently they started playing classical music in the mens locker room and it is fantastic. Love it. Nice people there in the mornings.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I recommend Duncan for the warm pool all the time to my friends and acquaintances! It's kept clean and well maintained. The showers have safety bars in all the stalls and the floor has slip-proof material that is important to diminish fall risk. So, I like that it is safer than other pool venues.
That makes it a great choice for older folks like me who need to exercise, have arthritis, and want to reduce joint impacts.
All of the staff are friendly and customer service focused-really helpful and engaged.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the Y, it has been a big part of my life for many years. I find attending Jean's yoga and Pilates classes very helpful. Also love the warm therapy pool and the coffee pot.
