I am loving the water workouts! The entry hall is warm and welcoming, and the free coffee is lovely. There are always people around and they are very friendly.
I already recommended you all to my parents. They are seniors and your program is very senior strong. Sadly, they did not listen.

My favorite is Keith’s Yoga class in the morning. I usually go 5 to 6 times a week. I also do around 4 to 5 miles (about 70 minutes) on the elliptical machine. I swim in the indoor swimming pool about 3 to 4 times a week. The facility is great with nice and helpful staff.
My wife and I went on the Cullen day camp for active older adults. That was very fun.
Love the pickle ball n tennis program but needs specifically the PB hours increased to at least 3 hours of play !

I enjoy the indoor pools. To be able to do water exercise year round, indoors, is a blessing. The exercise room with the latest machines, the arrangement how each machine is positioned is very helpful.
The staff is very friendly and kind. That is very important.

There's something for everyone. It makes exercising and keeping healthy and fit so much more enjoyable.
The activities are varied enough so that we have many choices based on our needs. I love the community there too.

To be honest, I don't participate in any of the programs or activities, but I like the well equipped gym, the pool, hot tub and sauna! And it's good value for money.
The Duncan YMCA is a great place to exercise and enjoy the many programs for people of all ages and skills. The weight room has all up to date equipment. There are programs for spinning, cycling, pilate, yoga, zumba and Silver Sneakers. Basketball, pickleball and volleyball can be played in the gym. There is a large wellness pool with scheduled exercise classes and an olympic size pool area with swimming lanes. There is also a hot tub and dry steam room. Whatever one needs are, they can develop their personal program. Richard Janish
