Range of gym activities from basketball to pickleball to volleyball.

I think MAC is a wonderful YMCA. The people there are friendly and the facilities are clean. There are a lot of workout equipments and different kinds of workout activities along with the numerous activities/club for kids. Love this place for both my kids and I. I’ve already gotten my elderly parents to join so they can enjoy this place too.

The classes are great! The facility has most everything you could want or need, and the childcare is so helpful for my husband and I to be able to keep exercise in our routine.

I attend the YMCA at the strong suggestion of my various doctors and I love the fact that the Silver Sneakers classes are so positive in nature and encouraging. The instructors, both regular and subs, are gentle, funny and so engaging.

Please provide speakers and/or a sound system in the Monty Ballard indoor pool area for Water Aerobics classes, the swimmers, pool walkers and lifeguards to enjoy.

Variety of classes at different times available. Also a lot of classes have modifications for those of us who have challenges with our mobility.

Your staff are the best. Always helpful and polite. I love the after-school ladies.
The workout room has smelled so bad lately. Maybe better ventilation will help.
As a suggestion, I think installing a mirror in the other rooms that are available for workouts will be great and helpful.

Availability of machines and nice people working there.
