Laura German! She is the most wonderful instructor I've ever known. My family left the Y and joined Lifetime but I refuse to leave as long as Laura is teaching there. I wish she could teach another Tone class during the week at the Monty Ballard location. Her class is always stuffed full!

Ballard is very convenient to my home. People and employees are very friendly.
Larger shower spaces in men's locker room would be appreciated. There is room to do so. I seldom see more than one or two showers in use at once.
Love Zumba and Yenny is the best instructor. She is also exceptional in anything she teaches. Her classes are always full and everyone all have a smile on their faces.
I use the gym every day. Please purchase one more machine to work biceps. There’s only one and that’s not good.
Programs are well rounded that caters to everyone.
I love the variety of classes and times available.
However I do think that there should be better monitoring of class sizes. We are asked to sign up for classes but no one is monitoring who goes in. I believe class limits are being exceeded because we are running out of equipment. Not enough mats or benches during CSI and Body Pump classes. Weight dumbbells are frequently short.

The attitude of staff. The fact you have scriptures to take! (However, I didn’t appreciate the political nod in the LGBT display. You are, after all, a Christian organization, and though of course you welcome ALL PEOPLE, why make a display of supporting ideology God does not support., except to cave to a political agenda?)
The swimming program is great. The machines are up to date. Thank you for your Silver Sneakers program, for the ability to add grandchildren to the memberships. So many good things!

Very nice, helpful, and accommodating staff.
It’s friendly. They are very punctual.
We like the variety of exercises and patience with small children. My 3y son is learning quickly and he loves to come to class.
Would love for the lobby to go back to having people gather to have coffee and visit after a work out. The coffee is COLD by 7 AM and no one wants to drink it that way. So we all go home or somewhere else to have a visit and drink coffee or tea.
The instructors are very engaging and encouraging the classes are very organized and made fun with the music. They are regularly good about reminding us to not got to far and resting
