I like the Les Mills programs, group exercise classes.
They are effect Teachers are great and pleasant atmosphere very welcoming!!

however, the scheduled time for many of the classes make it impossible to participate in some really popular classes. CSI It used to be available. When I requested to have the time of 4:30 changing from 4:15 they ended up removing the class all together for that time!!! It is offered at 8:30 Tuesdays and Wednesday morning which doesn't work for many of us in the working world. Please bring back CSI any time after 4:30 PLEASE!

I like the variety of programs and the facility which is clean and well maintained. I would like Tai Chi classes offered at least twice a week instead of the current one time a week.

staff very friendly and helpful. machines spaced nicely and not too close. ( BUT please don't add any more machines without removing/relocating something such as a few treadmills). Building is always clean and orderly.
Would like to see a bit more supervision in exercise room to ensure member don't spend time just sitting on exercise equipment/machines.
Placing signs to encourage wiping down machines after use would be helpful as I always have to clean machines BEFORE I use them after someone else. Perhaps ask staff to clean machines throughout the day if all else fails.

The variety of classes.
I do not do the programs, but my wife likes the yoga class offered on Saturday Mornings at 10:30AM. I stay downstairs and use the treadmill and weights. M-F we go to the Y on Katy Main Street. It is also a neat Y.
I love the active older adult programs and water exercise.

The flexibility in the schedules and all the classes available that supports busy work life schedule makes it so much easier to continue a healthy exercise regimen without excuses.

I just wish that you had some weekday evening offerings. It’s really hard to make the weekday 8-1 pickleball when working full time day job.

Wyatt, lifeguard, is exceptional. He takes his job very seriously. From carefully watching swimmers, to being attentive to water temperature or thoroughly cleaning the deck, Wyatt is also very personable. He is a great asset to the Monty Ballard team!
