I love the transparency and continued interaction with staff and dogs. Dogtopia was able to accommodate my unexpected need to leave town and make room for my pup at the last minute. All the dogs in the play room seemed happy and well cared for. The facility is phenomenal.

I still RAVE to everyone I know about my furbabie's "daycare". My dog, who is pretty well trained, almost pulls me down every time he sees Amber. Everyone there treats him as if he's their own furbaby. This is not only done in front of me, but I see it every time I check the cameras- I love that I can see him throughout the day enjoying himself.
And the ultimate test came last week, and speaks beyond volumes: so we had a miscommunication regarding bath services. Everyone working there is human, and therefore mistakes can happen. I let them know that I wasn't happy regarding the miscommunication and that my dog didn't receive an additional service I had requested, so I sent an email over to the entire staff. The OWNER CALLED me, not a simple email back, sincerely apologized, and offered solutions to make it right. Further, he even asked me if I wanted more (this shows his desire to make me happy and keep me as a customer) to ensure he was making it right for me. I declined because his solution was already above and beyond what I had expected. This just confirmed that I had chosen the right place for my baby and that they really and TRULY CARE.
I could write a novel of how great this place is. Very happy client over here.

I love everything about Dogtopia!

The lovely Dogtopia in Haywood Road knows my dog. They are always noticing his behavior and making sure he is happy. He is so happy to go see his frens at “school”. If my pup can’t be with me, he loves to be at Dogtopia.

Dogtopia is filled with compassionate and friendly staff who make me feel confident to leave my dog in their care. Teddy always is excited to go play with his friends and comes home exhausted. I also appreciate that the facility is kept spotless.

My dog, Jake, loves going to daycare and playing with his friends. The staff is awesome. They are caring about my dog and let me know about anything unusual.

Cleanliness, excellent care and observation while at their facility, fun times for Ellie!

I like that the play room has climbing apparatus and kennels against the wall for any needed timeouts. A couple more interactive toys would be nice.

Friendliness of the staff

Dogtopia Haywood Road is the best. I love the clean and safe environment they provide for my dog. The staff is amazing and makes me feel at ease knowing my dog is in good hands. I’ve had excellent experiences with both boarding and daycare at the facility.
