Every employee seems extremely knowledgeable about dogs; it’s clear they prioritize their safety, but what I liked was that they also seem to genuinely care about the dogs there- each employee not only knew every dog’s name that was there but also his/her individual personality and temperament.
Seriously you guys are so amazing! I was referred by Jennifer Little, who brings her dog Shelly, and I genuinely cannot thank you guys enough. We had a really bad and scary experience with how Teddy was treated the first time we boarded him anywhere, and it’s made me so scared to ever leave him anywhere again. Ever since the first few minutes I was at your place, I felt so relieved. It felt like home. The lady working at the front, I wish I knew her name, but she was so comforting and answered all my questions. She knew every dog by name when they came in, and that meant a lot to me.
