Meeko had so much fun yesterday 😁😁 He was so exhausted last night and slept like a baby!

From the moment I walked in, Eric, the owner was very friendly and accommodating to my very shy dog. He gave me a tour of the building and the history of how Dogtopia came to be. He was very kind and understanding since Coco was a bit shy at first. Once she met the other dogs, we were able to see her through the window and on the webcam, which was super helpful. I feel comforted knowing that my dog is in a safe and fun environment, where she gets to socialize and make friends!

Absolutely love this place! We have tried quite a few other doggie day-cares, and this one is just the best. Eric, the owner, is always so sweet, just goes above and beyond all the time, and no matter how long it has been since I brought my fur-baby in there, he always remembers us both by name. His staff is just as great! We miss a few counselors that no longer work there, but I'm confident my dog will soon be just as bonded with anyone new. Where this place beats everyone out, even though it's not the cheapest on pricing, is the flooring! I am so much more comfortable with my dog (who is a German Shepherd !hip issue prone!) running around on a rubber type material that's grippy, and turf when outside, than being on concrete floors running, and slipping around. That is an emergency trip to the vet that I'm terrified I'd have to make if I continued taking him to places with all the concrete, with as much as he goes to daycare (hasn't been as much lately, due to some schedule changes, but once we get back into our old routine and he's going pretty much 5 days a week, it will be with Dogtopia again). And with that frequency of going, even if he wasn't a breed where I worried so much about his hips, it's also much easier on their joints, running on the softer material. There's a number of other reasons that I give this place a 10, but wanted to give them a shout out on a couple specifically.
Long story short- this place is fantastic, top 2 reasons being customer service, and the features they have that are beneficial to my dog's long term health and safety.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, through introduction to other dogs and the play space, all dogs are checked for aggression before being allowed into the general population. My dog had an absolutely amazing time and I could check on him and see that with the webcam. I can’t wait for him to go back!

Clean facility. The canine coaches are exceptional as well as the entire staff.

The safe is unbelievably friendly and welcoming! They even remember my sweet girls name every time we go. They all seem like they truly enjoy their job and loving on the dogs!

Great staff, they made us feel comfortable leaving our dog with them, and it was great being able to check the cameras to see how he was doing throughout the day

I am not a client. I brought my shihzhu/bishon mix dog in for a meet and greet. Staff was very warm, welcoming, facility was clean. There were a few large dogs in the small dog room and it just did not work out too good.

The people are awesome and my dog doesn’t want to leave. He loves it! Comes home tired!

My dog gets so excited to go to Dogtopia. They take great care of him and he comes home happy and exhausted. I am able to watch through the webcam to see him having fun. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a doggie daycare.
