The overall experience for Sounder was excellent. I like that there is management on board and interacting with the associates, as well as, screen monitoring of the pets. The facility is new and the cleanliness is awesome. There appears to be a lot of attention given to the pets which Sounder lives people attention.

It’s obvious that the owner sincerely cares about the dogs in his care and their owners. Employees are kind to my high energy pup, putting extra energy into playing ball when there aren’t a ton of playmates.
