Friendly staff

We feel like family. Roadie gets so excited just pulling in the parking lot. And watching him interact with everyone is great. Hard to work for watching the cameras.

Dogtopia knows, AND LOVES, my pups. It’s like letting them stay with family. They worry over my “older” girl and make sure they are happy. And my pups have so much fun and exercise when they go to play. I am so grateful to a Dogtopia on Haywood Rd.

Convenience. I do wish there was an option to purchase a package deal that didn’t have a limitation on having to use them within 30 days. I also wish this Dogtopia had more outdoor space.

The floors are great. We also like that the Staff goes through extensive training. It’s really nice when we pick up Nelly and the staff makes a comment about Nelly’s day that clearly shows that they were paying attention to her.

Everyone was great with the dogs, especially love being able to see my dog on video.

The staff is very friendly and they take very good care of my Marley while I am at work.

Everyone is super nice and friendly. They treat you and your dog like family.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to me and my dog. Very nice facility and staff members. Dogs are well taken care of, constantly assessed for behavior concerns and get lots of interactions with humans and other dogs. I am very comfortable leaving my dog in their watchful care.

Closed circuit webcam, attention given to dogs so no body gets hurt, etc, the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly, upbeat attitude of the employees

Dogtopia Haywood Road is a great place! I love the cleanliness, the staff, the way that the staff handles the dog behaviors. They are really good at keeping routine and boundaries to provide the best environment for the dogs and I love how amazing they are to the pet parents as well.
I love everything about it but the prices; because at the moment is out of my budget but I understand the value of it.
Sadly at this time I have to take my dogs to a different place because they are a corporate place and the deals they are able to offer are different because it does not affect them financially but I understand the point of being a franchise and your own business owner.
I always send friends Dogtopia’s way because even though the prices are higher than others you get all the pros from being there!

Everyone was so polite and helpful and sweet to both me and my dog. They truly care about all the dogs that they have in their care like they are their own.

They are the greatest. Timber absolutely loves going to hangout with his BFFF’s.

We love that the employees at Dogtopia love on the dogs! It’s obvious that the dogs are having a great time playing with each other and getting human attention, too. Thanks for providing a fun and safe environment for them.

Very friendly...customer service is excellent and the view cams are great.

The staff is very cordial and attentive. The amenities are top notch and I could visibly see that my dog was happy in the environment she was in. This all coming from an out of towner. I am excited to board her here this stay and all future stays in Greenville!

It seems like my dog had a lot of fun when I came to pick her up she was playing with bubbles and I never seen her do that she was tired and ready to go home just what I needed

This was my first time ever using a pet daycare and I was skeptical at first, but the staff of Haywood road made me, my Fiancé and pup feel like family. From the safety protocols to the cleanliness of the facility, I would high recommend any and everyone to join and be apart of the perfect Dog-Heaven family.
