Good service and if you have trouble with your phone they tried to get it fixed right away , but I don't like the automated pay and a lot of my friends do not either we would rather just pay like we used to be able to call billing and talk to someone in person that could take our payments like we used to. Still waiting for service call to install FIRESTICK. Our TV service was cut off yesterday PM about your quiting time. No warning.

Ben came for my service call for no power to Nextech box. Happened to arrive when I noticed Christmas lights not working which was on same plug-in. I Went to GFCI outlet and pushed button and realized I fixed my WiFi. I apologized. He was polite, kind, understanding, even petted my dogs, and even offered to move my furniture back in place. He even offered to help unload my grocery bags as I had just gotten home. Even helped me with loose mystery cord behind my TV. As a Senior customer, he didn’t make me feel dumb. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. No charge.
