The Internet is fast.
We have had great luck with our Phone System that you guys installed for us five years ago. They have by far been the most reliable system we have had. First thing one morning, after some really bad storms, we noticed that the phones were off. It had never happened to us before. I went back to the closet where all of our equipment is located to look into rebooting the system. My thought was that if it didn't reboot with a simple on/off that we should get a call into you Nex-Tech to get a service tech out here. As I'm looking in the closet following the power cords to see which one goes to the phone system, I hear a voice behind me saying "I can take over if you want". I turn around and there was the Next-Tech service tech already here to fix the problem. He knew before we did that we had a phone issue. If he would have gotten here just 30 seconds earlier, he would have had it fixed before we even figured out something was wrong. I had to leave for a jobsite so I'm not sure what he did, but we were up and going quickly. I'd say that was pretty good service
I truly appreciate the quick response from technicians when we have a problem with our land line. Just last week, one came out and took care of a problem I was having by replacing a phone jack that was not working. I wish I could remember his name so I could give him credit. Very nice man.

The technicians were very professional and friendly. I had originally ordered an extender for our internet service and explained where the previous owners had the router, but it wasn't ideal for us. They found a solution for our house and use that will work better than how it was previously setup.
It is very helpful to call the help desk; they respond quickly. The recent tech visit occurred the day after I reported the problem the night before— Blake came out early and solved the problem immediately.

Everyone at Nex -Tech is friendly & knowledgeable. The installation crew was amazing, and found an excellent way to run the fiber into a 120-year old house. They should give lessons to other companies.

Your tech support employees are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. When I accidentally disconnected our WI-Fi on a weekend, the representative at the help desk established the problem and arranged for a repairman. His calm and professional demeanor did much to minimize my stress.
I also like that you are local and have a connection to the community. It is always good to talk to a real person who can answer questions and resolve issues.

Kyle and (sorry can't remember) the other guy at the call center were actually extremely helpful! Kyle and everyone he spoke to had no idea what was happening to our Internet. On a speed test it would read 300 on download and "Boom" down to .02 download. Still have some issues with speed but it has sense gotten better. Kyle is a star at your company, he went well above and beyond to get the issue fixed. Even calling the next morning to check on how it was going. Now to the man with no name from the call center spent an hour on the phone trying everything he could from where he was! He was amazing and if you find out whom he is he also like Kyle deserve recognition! Thank you both.
