Nex-tech’s service is outstanding! I had a fiber optics issue and they fixed it that same day. After ruling out problems with the equipment, it was found that there was a problem in the actual line 4000+ feet away from my house. A storm was rolling in and I told them not to worry about it until after the snow stopped falling. However, they battled the elements and dug up the fiber and fixed it that same day.

When I called in, the person that answered the phone actually knew what I was talking about. I called ATT 1st, as there is a Phone Pedestal down in our area, and the rep at ATT had no idea what that was. It was helpful that the rep at Nex-Tech knew what that was.
Nex-Tech is always there to support us in all of our IT needs. We can pick up the phone and actually speak to a person who is patient and always helpful. Our bank is small and we heavily rely on Nex-Tech to keep our information secure. Great job Nex-Tech!!
