The Lady on the phone tried everything she could think of to get our internet going and nothing worked so we had to have a service technician come out. He called before he came and I meet him there. He was very knowledgeable and had the parts with him that he needed and had us up and going in no time.

Well, I was dumb for not taking your Router, I am used to the routers that ... Cox provided which were crap, so i have for years, used my own. I had you come out and put your router on my system, and now it is running like it should be and i have not lost connection for quite a while and the speeds are awesome.
However, there were a couple of incorrect facts that i was given about your Router when i inquired. 1. It only supported a class C network, I got on it, changed it to a double class C and its running great. Also, I was told you could not deactivate the wireless, and you can.

The tech showed up around 3:30 and stayed to almost 6 to make sure that we were up and running. It was greatly appreciated since we were going into the weekend and would have been without internet.

My problem with my printer was fixed within a couple of hours from the time I called the problem in.
