I love your store. At this most recent visit it seemed like there was fewer clothing options (tons of jackets and high end but few pants, shorts etc). I’m disappointed (though understand) that you no longer do orders for products / sizes you don’t have in stock.
Torrie was a great help in talking to my husband and getting him the bike he wanted. She was very diligent in keeping us updated with the timeline and correct amount of $$ needed to complete this transaction in a timely manner. We had much better luck talking to someone in the Canadian border, than we did in the US.
We would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a high end bicycle to talk to Wild Rock Outfitters!!

I bought a 3-piece Patagonia coat. The quality is superb -- well made, excellent RECYCLED down inside the zip-out liner coat, and very flattering fit. Good pockets and collar, too.

Lots of staff to help with great knowledge. The store is well laid out for easy flow and finding. Lots of stock piled high and organized well.
I like the fact that the vibe in your store is very chill. Your staff just lets people browse and then make themselves available for assistance/ questions when needed.
You get what you pay for.....top quality clothing, bikes, etc., last a long time. Always better to buy quality. Kieran & gang are very knowledgeable & helpful. Great atmosphere to shop....always someone there to help you if you need it! Cheers, EH
WR has two strengths:
1) Great customer service throughout the process of purchasing a product and support when something goes wrong with a product (this has only happened on one or two occasions where a product didn’t meet a certain standard.
2) You carry a wide selection of. quality merchandise and you price match. There’s no need drive into the city or shop around.
