Excellent customer service
It was great to have a quality option for a camp cot that is not in the $500 range or an unknown brand through Amazon. This unit is very well designed, comfortable and reasonably priced. I don’t understand how in our immense internet world market, no other business but Wild Rock is providing options apart from Helinox. I have some of their products, which are good but generally overpriced for what you get. Let’s admit it; they are not cornering a high-tech niche here. Other reputable companies can easily put up serious competition for comparable quality and fair pricing.

Knowledge, selection, and great friendly service
Kieran was highly knowledgeable about cross country skis and equipment, listened to my history of injuries and what I enjoy and dislike about cross country skiing, and identified equipment that fit exceptionally well, supported my recent injuries to prevent further setbacks, and were well priced. I really felt listened to and that my needs and interests were exceptionally well served. This is my third set of cross country skies and the best fitting package I’ve ever had since I bought my first set back in 1994. I very strongly recommend Kieran and the selection of excellent equipment offered.

I visited Wildrock February 12th to look for a merino wool sweater for my husband. My sales person was so extremely helpful and personable. She helped me find what i wanted and even took me downstairs to look at the used equipment and clothing, where I found cool Columbia hiking pants in my size! My experience at this shop was a #10!
