It’s our favourite store to visit and shop when we visit Peterborough.
We like that staff are able to suggest items which will suit us best then advise us on use and maintenance. When we have services completed, they are quick, explain exactly what was necessary and suggest when to return or how to do some of our own servicing. It is nice to be treated with personal service by people who know us and the activities which we participate in when we enter the store. Suggestions are often made about a cycling area or kayaking location we might be interested in going to. That is what service is all about.
