They are smart, knowledgeable and kind with lots of real-life experience and big world views. This time and most always the service. Callum and I were singing the praises of the bike as he serviced a luck for my ebike.
I said — “every bike I have ever ridden is the best” to which Callum replied: ‘ when humans have the occasion. to answer the big question posed to them by aliens — what do humans do for fun, anyway? the answer (perhaps not first immediately on the list ) is ‘a two wheel contraption called a bicycle.’

My favourite store in Ptbo. You always have well trained, polite and super helpful staff. I know how hard that is to achieve as I owned Bennetts Furniture for 40 years and recently sold it to our daughter. Your business is complicated as you sell so many distinct and separate categories. Keep up the terrific work!!

The products are generally great although prices are somewhat higher than may be found elsewhere. I tend to limit my purchases to sale or discounted/discontinued items. The bicycle service team has always really impressed me. Despite my general ignorance, I've never been dismissed as an "idiot". Turn-around-time is ALWAYS better than anticipated. In my opinion, that group is the gem of your organization and the reason I would not hesitate to recommend the store.
