Great selection of products online. I found the Patagonia Mini MLC for a great price and was excited to try Wild Rock. I didn't receive any order updates after the order confirmation but when I went back and checked the email a week later I clocked the order status button and was happy to see that the order had shipped already and was due to arrive the following day, which it did. Very happy with the service and experience overall.

I brought a bike in for a “tune up.” Initially I was unclear about how what I wanted corresponded to the sign outside the service area. But the mechanic put the bike on the stand and did a thorough assessment of what it needed as I stood there. He provided the information for my review and was happy to do as little or as much as I indicated. What great service!

These people have great customer service, a vast selection of cycling and outdoor related products and clothing, with, in my opinion, good prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a customer, as have friends and family, for over 20 years, I see no valid reason for this relationship to discontinue anytime soon.
