Wild Again!
We like that when we shop or have services completed at Wildrock, the staff makes an effort to get to know us and tailor their suggestions to our personal needs, even guiding us not to purchase an item if they don't think it will suit us.
When we enter the store we are greeted and asked if we need help but left to shop if we don't require help. When we do ask for help, the staff is very knowledgeable, even about items which may not be in their department. If they don't know, they find out details from other staff or research the answers to our questions and get back to us.
Wildrock sells high quality products which last. The service staff are well trained and willing to give advice, making time with our purchases even better. If we do have an issue with a piece of equipment, it is dealt with quickly.
When Wildrock has ordered products in for us, they have updated us on times of arrival and made sure that we know that if the product isn't exactly what we want, it can be returned. They have set up and demonstrated items when we picked them up or they were delivered. This has occurred with Werner bent shaft paddles (2), Oru Kayaks (3), Trek Bikes (2), Yakima bike rack and so on.
We have been customers since WIldrock opened in Peterborough. The way they treat customers is the reason that we enjoy going back to Wildrock.
