I enjoyed my swim yesterday on a cold and dreay day. The water felt great and it just good to get in the water and move around.

The staff at this facility are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful. The classes here have made a huge difference for me and offer a variety of ways for anyone to work toward fitness goals. If you need motivation, they definitely provide it!

this y is very close to where my wife and I live, which makes it extremely easy for both of us to use. I have and will continue to promote this facility to all my friends and family.

This y is clean and very friendly. We know just about the entire morning staff, and the majority of the members have become like family. Maybe better.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the Barre Pilates class! Sandy is a great instructor. And all the employees are very friendly. Lots of work out machines and classes to benefit whatever you’re into.

I like the pool exercises the best for me. But you also offer all the exercise equipment and classes.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I went to a 8:45 muscle definition class with Mr. Willie. I had never been to this class before. I hadn't even been in the room 20 seconds before the regulars all jumped in to help me get set up and prepared. I felt so welcome! Where else do folks build such community?! Southwest Y is THE place to workout and connect!
