Staff and members are very friendly and welcoming.The Southwest Y and classes are the reason my stroke that I had two years ago was not worse according to my cardiologist.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Swim lessons, parents night out, sunset yoga, holiday events. The ymca is great resource for my family! Great place to workout while my kids play.

Group fitness classes are my favorite. The instructors go above and beyond to motivate and accommodate so classes are for everyone no matter your fitness level. Willie’s spin classes are so much fun
