What do you like best about the YMCA?

I like the pool especially when the top is off! I go to some of the exercise classes as well as open swim. I really appreciate that we can use the equipment.

The instructors AND the other members at the Southwest Y are THE BEST in the city. The members are kind and friendly - it is a welcoming place for everyone. The instructors are amazing!

I really love the community at the Y. It has been nice to make friends through the fitness classes. I also really love the Kids Club option for my child when she wants to come to the gym with me.

I actually love going to the YMCA. There is a very good atmosphere.

There is good treatment by the employees.

I think that the pool on Saturdays should not be completely closed until 12:00 pm, because a child is receiving classes.

I love the staff at the front desk! They are so friendly & try to help if there’s a problem. I love the I take & the instructors that teach them! The social aspect is awesome! I have many great friends at the Y! It’s a great place to come & work out.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the Silver Sneakers classes. I've tried Zumba and water exercise class, which are fun, but find that Silver Sneakers is what I really enjoy most.

The instructor for the class I attended was sure to tell me to listen to my body and not my head for my first class with you. I believe her name is Deonna, I’ll definitely be back to get my strengthening up to par.
