Enjoy the Southwest facility. Terrific teachers for the classes, and my wife has rheumatoid arthritis and enjoys the pool.

Staff members are very friendly, courteous, polite and patient. Great place to be, I enjoy my time there, I enjoy working out with the instructor she's great.

I enjoy workouts at the Y(Fordhaven) -much cleaner and better equipment the Crunch-and… staff is more friendly.
I particularly like the fact that some of the treadmills have streaming so I can watch YouTube videos while I exercise -makes the time go by much quicker but..
I have put in suggestions about getting a shower head with a wand for the handicapped shower in men’s locker room and have asked if a speed bag could be installed in the lower studio along side the heavy bag-I have received no response to either suggestion

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The staff is all so friendly & it’s like one big happy family! The classes & instructors are all really good! Variety of classes is great too! The only thing I don’t like is the fact thatchers not handicap accessible. Walking up that incline to get to the ramp or up the steps is very hard for people on oxygen or walkers.
