I love my instructors very knowledgeable and very engaging love my Silver Sneakers exercise classes all the people in charge at the YMCA are very friendly and helpful love the E gym it is really helping me to become better rounded in my total health Jim Blanton loves the YMCA

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the classes and EGYM machines. Working out and continually putting in time and effort has improved my health so much that the doctor said keep doing what you're doing. I have even improved my bone density so that I don't have osteoporosis just osteopenia which is a big improvement. Great place to be and stay healthy!!

It caters to senior members in an area where we aren't intimidated by body builders and health enthusiasts who work out a lot.

I like that there is a wide variety of classes during the day. Sandy Meadors is a super star teacher!
