I like using the pool for lap swimming . . . especially that I can reserve a lane in advance. It's a good Y . . .clean dressing rooms and showers. Friendly, helpful people at the desk. altogether very satisfactory.

Our son really enjoyed Summer camp this year especially due to COVID. It was nice to have an option to get out of the house and spend time with new friends. Some of the counselors really connected with him and he enjoyed the flexibility and freedom they allowed him each day. The Lead (Danielle I think?) was very professional as were the others who did check-ins and pick-ups each day. We are new to Kentucky and left a wonderful YMCA program behind. Norton Commons provided a nice replacment!

The kids have fun and they keep them busy they do very well working with the younger kids and they are very patient and flexible
I like the different themes each week and the variety of activities. The drop off and pick up protocol is convenient for parents. Staff is very friendly.

The Summer camp this year has been excellent. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our kids have had fun, renting water slides and bounce houses and more! It has really been a breath of fresh air during such a strange time (COVID).

Easy to attend opened during pandemic
I had only signed my kids up for a week (separately so they could have time away from each other) and they loved it so much! My son (7) gets apprehensive about new experiences but he came home SO excited about his first day and his new friends, that we signed him up for another week! My daughter (9) is excited about another week of camp too, she loved Spy camp but never found out where Mr. Sushi was.
Our kid loves being there! We have a hard time getting her to leave nearly everyday. She has great things to say about the activities that she has available to her; her camp counselors and the new friends she’s made. We feel safe sending her there amid this pandemic and don’t worry for her safety while in the care of the YMCA.
