I enjoy the therapy pool. The staff is great, and the lifeguards are always tuned in to what is going on in the pool.
I also like the walking track. Whenever I go to walk, the adults are courteous--good spirited.
Also, when I walk in the door, I am always greeted by name. There is rarely a wait to check in.
Swim lessons & teachers have been wonderful.
The lap pool aquatic classes in the morning. I also enjoy the therapy pool.
Spin class with Sara Johnson or Megan Horstman is awesome! Both instructors are some o;f the best I've seen around the country (I travel a lot). They need to be recognized with a raise. Do not let them go!
Meets my needs of exercise
I just got my sister, Fran O'Hare Davis, to join the YMCA again this week. Do to health reasons, I will be taking some times to the Jeffersonville YMCA.
The classes are great! I would love a 5-ish afternoon barre class (I was able to attend a morning session this week, and the instructor, Katie, was awesome!). The entire staff at the New Albany location is incredibly nice and the facility is always clean.
My little swimmer loved it, and that all that matters to me. The instructor was very nice and positive with the kids. hope to do the next level swim class soon
The environment. Inspire me to work out 🙂

Sauna and steam rooms , thw pool , the staff
The therapy pool is the only reason I come to the Y and I recommend the Y to my patients all the time.
Great staff. Good equipment. Super classes and instructors. Clean facility.
My daughter has a blast! She gets plenty of exercise & learns new skills. Plus the field trips.
Communication, schedule, lots for the kids to do weeklyl
Super organized this year and my daughter is having a blast! I love knowing what her week will look like and exactly what to expect. Such a great program!
Zumba, the atmosphere, the track
Easy breezy car pull, everyone was nice and they did more things.
The classes in the therapy pool.
Friendly people- except that one guy in the sauna and can'r follow rules (wear some shorts).
I think Julie sets the tone for the atmosphere when I walk in and she greets me. Julie is very friendly. Because I'm new to a Y membership, I currently do the aquatic classes with Nancy. I feel Nancy exceeds what my expectations were for an instructor. Nancy is the reason I have kept my membership going.
I do plan to explore other classes such as cycle and barre.
I'm glad that I joined the Y and I recommend it to acquaintances when I'm sharing details with them of the excitement of the workout I get during my aquatic classes.
I love that we get to use the warm water pool and that the class exercises are repetitive and easy enough to be repeated at home!
Community oriented, clean facilities
Swim lessons are fantastic!
I wish there were more parent-child classes where both can participate together.
The staff works with the kids on their levels and encourages them to continue to grow and develop.
Our teacher is wonderful. I think the kids learn well with repetition.
The flexibility. Swim lessons. Kids club. Pool. Clean. Staff are friendly. Parents night out. Activities.
Ability to reserve swim lanes.

the size of the pool. Several lanes so rarely do I have to share a lane.
