Variety of strength training equipment, the walking path, the basketball courts, rooms for training classes, and the front area for personnel checking you in, parking is available. I like everything
My husband walks the track and uses the machines. I do water aerobics and water pilates. I really miss Silver Sneakers and the extra water class at 11am. Everyone is so nice. It's great to exercise and socialize at the same time. We were members at Jeff Y until New Albany opened. We have been members here since. Keep up the good work. Bette and Scotty Lay

I love that the Y creates a diverse community of people who support and encourage one another. I particularly find this to be true of group exercise classes: special thanks to instructors Jeana, Mary Beth, and Sarah, who go above and beyond their jobs to foster a sense of team spirit and make participants feel special!!

My kids really enjoy the various activities each week. It is nice that they aren't stuck inside each day. The kids really enjoy the weekly themes, field trip and the visits to the New Albany YMCA pool.
