I mostly go to Clark County YMCA. Clark County is very friendly. Their 5:30 water aerobics class is wonderful.

I love swimming and it's a nice pool. I do wish the swim exercise classes would not take up so many lanes - leave three for lap swim.
The warm welcomes, the cleanliness, parking, location, kids club, sports for my children. It’s our extended family.
I prefer the heated swimming pool.
The aquatics area/classes has helped kickstart my recovery from a SCI ten years ago. The movement in water allows my muscles and nerves to bridge the gap between working with little resistance to working against gravity. Kris and Ben also helped me devise a workout routine to target more explosive movements.

I love how nice everyone who works there is, even in the midst of a pandemic. I am pleased with how clean the facility is at all times, too!

beautiful facility. very well equipped with everything i was looking for and more. friendly staff. i was especially appreciative of Christinia. she has been very helpful. i also appreciate the facility being open on Holidays. Floyd Co. should be proud of this building and organization.
