The instructors who help build community! Dale Harris and Whitney Stiles go above and beyond to welcome and maintain "y" members. You can build your membership when you spend some time supporting your employees. It is so important to make your employees feel valued and they will pass it along.

YMCA Floyd Co is amazing. You guys are my village, the workers uplift my spirits, while always willing to help with exercise equipment I don't know how to use properly.
My children and I feel safe, it's a clean environment, you meet others working towards same goals, this is my no judgment, Christian zone. I love it, even at 80lbs liighter.

The variety of equipment is great and it is always clean. Even though there are a lot of cars in the parking lot it never seems to be crowded. Also, the different classes they offer

We appreciate the friendly staff, clean environment, and nice facilities. The walking/running track is a particular favorite of ours.
what is best about the YMCA is that it is convenient, health driven and very accommodating.
Cleanliness and lack of unpleasant odors. The excercise and weight machines are always in working condition, or occasionally, if not, are quickly repaired.
The group classes and great instructors. Especially Jeana Renner, Dawn Travis, and Sarah Johnson.
Convenience! It has everything I need to get a good workout and I love the sauna and steam room after my workout! The staff is very friendly as well!
I like the classes and the facility is nice! Some of the front desk staff can be a little rude, though.
