The Walking Track. The windows that surround the track give you the feeling of being outdoors without the inclement weather.
Personally, I like the pool and I do water aerobics. I also like the third floor, where I do the elliptical and the bike and the rowing machine
Great classes and I love the instructors. Everybody is so nice and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean and in working order.
The aquatic & chair yoga classes
It is a clean facility that is visually and aesthetically enjoyable to use. There are a variety of classes for all levels with appropriate supportive equipment for use in each class. Most of the instructors are well trained and pleasant people that make you feel welcome to join their classes.

The lap pool, is large annd not usually crowded. It’s also usually clean. I also like the friendly staff at the Y.

The classes are great! The instructors are excellent motivators, even makes me WANT to get up for a 6am class.

Location is great for me. The equipment is good and always clean. I continue to think that someone needs to be “floating” around the rooms noticing if people are using the equipment correctly or if they need help.

Miss Donna was great! She was very patient and made my child feel comfortable in the water. He progressed so much over the sessions.
