Excellent swimming pool and cycling facility
I love to get my exercise walking. I tried walking in my subdivision but being chased by dogs, stepping in potholes or large cracks in the pavement, and almost being hit by passing cars just wasn't worth it.
Walking the inside track at the New Albany YMCA affords me the opportunity to walk on a flat track in a climate controlled environment all year long.

It is such a wonderful place to work out and to do the water aerobics. It is so friendly and people there are very nice. I love it!
I love water aerobics and go as often as I can. Would love to see Saturday late morning put back.
