I love that the YMCA really paid attention to the skill level of my kids and moved them into their own group in order to personalize the lesson for them. The lessons are fun for the kids with something new each week to keep them interested.

The cleanliness is perfectly maintained, there are friendly and informative staff always smiling and ready to help, and when you're there you always feel at home. It's like a big family and makes me feel like I'm at home!

I love the classes! They make working out fun and more enjoyable.
The equipment machines in the free classes
I like how its clean on the track and in the equipment area. I also like how there's soft music playing while you work out. I like that there's a ton of cleaning spray and paper towels near by. Thats really convenient when moving from one equipment to another.
Cant say that staff are friendly because they do not speak when walking by or when they are checking you in. Continue to have employees routinely check and clean the bathrooms and locker rooms. They tend to be left dirty. Maybe have sales every now and then for membership. We want to work out and stay healthy but with price going up its hard to pay towards something other than a utility bill or mortgage bill.
The variety and availability of equipment.
My son, with special needs, absolutely loves going to the Y. His favorite activities are the pool, basketball court, and watching the elevators. It is without a doubt his favorite “happy place”.
