I love the Y and it has helped me with my health journey. I use the track sometimes when the weather is not good and I use the sauna and I use the resistance machines that I love. That place is always clean and I appreciate that. thank you.

I love the variety of classes the Floyd County Y offers. The people who work here blend in with the members. They are helpful. The people that this Y attracts are community oriented, friendly. Many friendships are made here that will last. It makes working out and trying to stay healthy something to look forward to and more likely to show up and do it!
