Efficient, friendly, clean,& professional staff. ! Allways- I trust this shop- the best
Visit went well. Someone popped my trunk open by mistake and didn't close it. I had to stop on 95, pull over and close it. Not cool.
Oil change went well. I could smell oil burning after. Not sure how this happens when the oil is changed from below. ?
All the prices are different from online versus in-store. I did not get a courtesy vacuum after three times going over with the tech about what services I wanted. He still tried to charge me for something different.
Quick and efficient
You didn't disappoint me at all! I'm just always amazed that ever survey starts by asking how likely I am to recommend them. Everyone knows about Jiffy Lube!! Service was great, but I'm not going to go around telling people they should go there,

Too Expensive vs I could have driven 1 hour and 30 minutes from my home to Tristar instead of 30 minutes to Jiffy Lube and the price of oil change would have justified the drive. Then they tried to sell me a way overpriced tire rotation compareed to Tristar would be $21 vs $40 for Tired rotation. I paid over $80 for an oil change that was done so fast I wonder if they really did it vs oil change would have been cheeper at TriStar. I called to confirm this.

The location is cramped. Also, the prices are bit too high without coupons/promos. Unfortunately, most of us are broke and although I can afford $50-70, $100-150 is pushing it.
