Even though we have had bad experiences at Jiffy Lube before we went to this one because of the good ratings on Google. The ratings seem accurate. The service was very good.

It was relatively quick and straight forward. I received notice and recommendations for possible issues that I didn't come to correct.
I will return for other service visits.
$101.00 for an oil change—that's outrageous. The alleged free vacuuming was not done. I was told the suction was poor, but they didn’t even try at all.
The oil change before Saturday I watched the young lady take a screwdriver to open up the car hood. She never looked near the passenger door to see if there was a lock and she told me she did a screwdriver maneuver all the time. I don’t think that’s a good practice. I don’t think that if the machines and equipment are working then we should be charged full price i.e. Vacuum, Jiffy Lube has worked yourselves out of my budget: Overpriced services, poor work practices, no vacuuming, I’m done.

I got an oil change on the way home check engine light came on called to notify you and I was told that someone would reach out to me never got a call back poor customer service
My visit was quick. It was respectful and the technician was helpful and knowledgable. I was comfortable in the waiting area. I would definitely use this shop, again.

Assuming it is because I can only get oil changes at the dealer if this is going to happen in the future .
Speed and friendliness of the staff
I told them I just need an oil change because I knew they would try and sell me tires, breaks, air filters, etc even though I knew what needed replacing and what didn’t. I had my breaks replaced, rotors and pads in march yet somehow I need new ones again 4 months later even though I stay up to date on all the maintenance on my car and check everything often. I watched them pull my car in and pop the hood then tell me I need all this stuff done. No one actually looked at my breaks, tires, air filters. They brought a random dirty air filter that wasn’t even from my car in to the waiting area and tried to say it was from my car and needed replacing. Stop trying to scam people and just do what’s asked and offer what’s actually needed they would get way more business. Don’t call me or email me either.
