The Owings Mills Jiffy Lube team was super helpful. I have a 2003 Honda and I am looking to keep my car up and running as long as possible; I was due for an oil change and other maintenance and now my car is running smoothly. For the first time visiting any Jiffy Lube, this location failed to vacuum my car like they have always done. They wrote on the invoice that this was not done due to "inclement weather". What does the weather have to do with vacuuming a car? I thought this was kind of weird!

During my visit I talked with three different employees and each interaction was very friendly. They were able to fix my issue (oil & filter warning on my car). I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Great crew!
