I just had an oil pressure warning in my car, a week after my oil change and I found that there wasn’t much oil so I had to fill it up and have a slight scare. Why pay all that money only to not have the oil filled up? Wtf?!

This was the most professionally run Jiffy Lube that I have ever been too. The employees were very courteous and very friendly. Yet, they were all business.
Probably the quickest service that I have had also.
I am part of the fleet program. I have my tire pressure requested at 40 and 45 in the Jiffy Lube system. I stopped checking when I leave the other locations because they rarely do that and I have to go home and fill the tires to my requirements. I gave up asking. At this Elkridge location, I didn't mention it and when I left the air pressure was perfect.
I have been to quite a few JL and many times the employees are loud and goofing off.
I will definitely be back to this location.

The gentleman who brought my car in was pleasant, efficient, made note of things I need to deal with regarding my car & was not pushy in the least.

Service was provided quickly and efficiently. Staff was super nice and helpful. Price for an oil change has gotten high unfortunately, just like everything else.
Greg and Ricci were very helpful; I arrived at 9am and was out shortly after 11 with four brand new tires and an oil change. I really appreciated the effort to get me out quickly, as I’m a self-employed dogwalker/petsitter, and lost time can mean impacting my clients.
Tell the customers about there discounts and specials.
