good crew, fast service
Prompt service and "top offs"
First of all I brought two of my cars for a signature service. One of the cars didn't need an oil change, but the tires needed to be rotated and checked because of low tired pressure. When I asked the young man if he checked the tire pressure he said yea. Once I got home I found that one the tires was over filled with air and had 50 lbs. of air. Now I brought that vehicle for a tire rotation, but I am wondering if he actually did the tire rotation! In addition the wind shield wipers were never checked properly and my other vehicle which needed an oil change, needed a head light but that was never checked ,so I ended up having to buy the headlight bulb. To add insult to this whole situation when, I brought my car back to the Owings mills Jiffy lube location they had the nerve to charge me $30.00 to put the bulb in. Now please correct me, if they had done a proper signature service would they have caught that I needed a head light? I will never bring my cars back to that Jiffy lube location again. I do not have the confidence that they are doing their jobs properly. The young man who worked on my daughters car was not professional and did not do his job with care or he would of caught the windshield wipers and the tire pressure being too much in her tires. That shop needs to be audited or shopped!!! I will take my business to the Jiffy Lube on Milford mill and Reisterstown road in the future or another competitor. I am very disappointed, because in the past, that jiffy lube use to give great service now it has gone down!!!!!
Horrible customer experience. They did not adhere to the expectation they set. Assumptions were made that cost me extra money.
Prompt and professional
When greeted i was kinda chastised for parking out front by the gentleman that came to greet me. He said next time pull around back. While I appreciate the limited parking you have and the annoyance I am sure it is to have to drive around back, I am spending money at your establishment where there is plenty of competition that I can go to. A little more professionalism would be appreciated. He did hold the door for ne but that did start the experience off poorly.

I only had specific amount of time. I would come back next day if there wasn't time. The man that checked me in at the garage, said, I can do it, and he did. He was polite, efficient, competent. Wonderful experience. He also processed my payment. Thank you

Customer service was great.
I always appreciate their candid communication with me regarding any additional issues that are identified. Furthermore, they never pressure me to agree to any additional work and are always sure that I'm aware of the cost before making a decision about moving forward or not. On my last visit I was in a rush to get out of there and they did their best to get me out quickly. We encountered a small issue that was resolved quickly but during that issue you immediately saw how they handle themselves - no excuses, took responsibility for the issue and course corrected. You can't always be perfect, but how you react when something goes wrong says a lot more about you then how you react when everything is going right.

Car was not vacuumed( one of the main reasons that I choose Jiffy lube) and no reminder mileage sticker was placed in the window, the dashboard status light was not reset. The staff was off their game. The waiting room had one signs of the holiday spirit.
