When I arrived with my grandson we were met by a very friendly staff member. He had to help a customer with a problem so another staff member was right there to continue the service. We told him what we were looking for and we set on the path to be find the right bike. When we did my grandson took it for a ride and liked it. We had lights and a kickstand installed and then went on our way.

Jacob and Hannah at the Norwood shop are an absolute pleasure to work with. They made a miracle happen on a bike that I was not able to find any place else and made the whole process totally painless.

The staff go beyond the expected and suggest solutions and issues which you wouldn’t see or expect on your own. Always very knowledgeable about electrics and Specialists.

I brought my girlfriend’s bike in to assess whether I should invest some $$ in it or buy another. The woman (girl) at Landry’s in Walpole was super helpful and informative.
I got new tires and a “tune up” and the bike looks and rides fantastic.

You had more selection of e-bikes in various price ranges than the needham store

I received excellent customer service while looking for a new helmet and chamois the other day, I was shown a wide range of options at different price ranges and was able to test the products before purchasing, the helmet is simple but they have a changing room so I was able to see what pair of chamois fit best! Having gone under budget I was able to purchase a handlebar cellphone holder as well and left feeling great about my purchases and am excited to use them when I go biking this weekend. Wish I could remember who helped me, I want to say his name was Jay, but after a few days it's slipped my mind. He was very friendly, attentive and knowledgable, I greatly appreciate his help. I would recommend this to anyone who is in need of a new bike, bike repair or any biking accessories. Happy to see a local store dedicated to biking. Don't waste your money buying the crap they offer at big box stores like walmart and dicks. That quality is trash and they just want you to waste your money. Obviously Landry's wants your money but they know what's up when it comes to bikes. 11/10

Your staff were very helpful and understanding. I'm an experienced rider with knowledge of repairing my own bicycle. They weren't pushy and gave good information.

Great products and friendly, helpful service. Traveled a distance to work with Landry. Sadly, I bought a nice Stumpjumper a few days before the MA tax savings. I should have been more observant.
