Customer service was great. I do wish there was a tiered option - I brought a bike over for assembly and the bike cost $250 and Landry's wanted $130 to assemble.

The used bike sale showed the power of the cycling community that Landry's cultivates and supports. I am a Landry's Braintree customer and enjoyed seeing the shop and team in Norwood. We're so lucky to have such a great bicycle shop working across the Greater-Boston region, and my two young and growing girls are thrilled to have upgrades on their wheels!

I took my bike in with a problem and the tech bent my rear derailleur back into place in just a few hours helping me stay on my training schedule for Pan Mass Challenge.
When I brought my bike back in, they turned it around a day earlier then promised and only did what was absolutely necessary.
When I picked up the bike Hannah, in Norwood fitted me for a slightly larger seat and the next ride was much more comfortable.
Landry’s has been very helpful and supportive of me over the last 4 years.

The staff and store were excellent. Both times I came in, someone greeted me within a minute. I needed a tune up on an older bike, and for it to be cleaned up. They did an excellent job. I have been to some bike stores where staff ignore women or older people. Not here. Everyone was respectful, generous with their time, and very attentive. They even helped me make sure I was putting the bike rack on the car correctly. The customer service was really appreciated.
