Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Ordered online in AM and picked bike up later that day. Only bike store in the area that had the bike my son wanted in stock. Also, website was accurate of inventory status, so many other retailers had inaccurate inventory stock!! Will definitely purchase from here again.

I brought my son's bike in for a flat. The person that helped me was very considerate, taking time to explain how the flat likely occurred and what to do to prevent it from happening again. He took some additional time just to make sure everything else looked to be in good shape. All around just a pleasant experience.

I was greeted immediately on arrival and was shown what I needed I picked my items and paid the service was quick, efficient, and professional. Sorry, I don't remember the young man's name he was wearing a black lid and had curly hair. He helped me find what I needed and then rang everything up at the register.

It's obvious you guys carry high quality bikes and have a nice store, referencing the Norwood store. Generally the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I have one critique I'd like to pass along...my visit yesterday 8-13-23 found the store busy and staff looking a bit overwhelmed. I asked if there was any order or sign in to help who's next and was told no and then saw the staff help others who arrived after me. It was frustrating however in the end you got my money. So...I would propose some sort of way to help keep order and help the flow. Perhaps a number like at a deli counter. Just a thought...

Wide range of bicycle options and multiple locations to pick up or ship to. Staff was very helpful on a busy "No sales tax" weekend. One area for improvement, on those weekends, is some form of "numbering" system. I spent 40 minutes waiting to see someone to buy a bike and there were 2 people who were helped ahead of me and I arrived there earlier than they did. Well worth the wait as my son loves the Specialized Rockhopper 27.5!

Just picked up my new bike, which I ordered in-store a few weeks ago. Everything was set up great, received friendly and knowledgeable help from a few members of the team, and personalized support regarding questions on gear since I've not been on a road bike in almost a decade. I was even helped to fit cleats on my shoes and get the right seat adjustment to hit the road safely! I'm excited to call Landry's my new local bike shop and appreciate the culture in the store and how passionate everyone is about sharing the joy of cycling with the community. Keep up the great work!
