The gentleman who I ordered my bike from was very helpful, and discussed all my needs and questions. I felt very confident after ordering the bike. I picked up my Path 9D Stepthru just yesterday, and I went on a brief 2 mile ride, stopping only to fine tune adjust the seat height. I am very happy with the bike. So much so that I cannot wait till my work day today is over so I can take it out on a longer ride. I am very happy and satisfied with my bike and with Landrys.

Competitive pricing and good selection. It’s easy to pick up my order at store avoiding shipping charges.
The service department is great. I brought in a bike with a broken crank arm and they informed me that they had seen similar breaks with the same product on different bikes and that the manufacturer would sometimes cover a replacement under warranty. I submitted an original receipt for the part (which I had purchased elsewhere) and they were indeed able to get it covered. They could have easily just said I needed to buy a new part and charged me for it + labor. They saved me a lot of money and I appreciate them looking out!
