I just left Landrys Braintree where I was told "no I can't help you" 3 times in the first minute before I could Fully Explain what I was there for. Not impressed with the middle aged bearded man behind the counter. I headed to the Norwood store. I was cheerfully greeted by Mike. Told him I needed a shorter stem for my road bike. Without hesitation he walked me back to the bike fit area and pointed out the shortest stem you had in stock. We compared it to the pictures and specs I had and confirmed it was right. Mike is knowledgeable and professional. Don't lose Mike. Maybe ask if he wants a couple shifts over in Braintree. Love my Landrys. First name removed

Very pleased with the service repair work that was done on my trek bicycle personnel there are outstanding tickly Hanna, who is very customer oriented and I always make sure that me and my bike are 100% happy can’t say enough about the staff particularly the repair crew Brenden did a great job. It was done quickly and professionally they’re the best.

was able to get a great deal on a Giant STP for my kid. Staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone. The shop looked like it a had a lot of nice product.

The gentleman who I ordered my bike from was very helpful, and discussed all my needs and questions. I felt very confident after ordering the bike. I picked up my Path 9D Stepthru just yesterday, and I went on a brief 2 mile ride, stopping only to fine tune adjust the seat height. I am very happy with the bike. So much so that I cannot wait till my work day today is over so I can take it out on a longer ride. I am very happy and satisfied with my bike and with Landrys.

I got 2 bikes tuned up. Clear expectations on what services were going to be done, when it would be completed and how much it was going to cost.

Competitive pricing and good selection. It’s easy to pick up my order at store avoiding shipping charges.

The service department is great. I brought in a bike with a broken crank arm and they informed me that they had seen similar breaks with the same product on different bikes and that the manufacturer would sometimes cover a replacement under warranty. I submitted an original receipt for the part (which I had purchased elsewhere) and they were indeed able to get it covered. They could have easily just said I needed to buy a new part and charged me for it + labor. They saved me a lot of money and I appreciate them looking out!
